M156 Merry Christmas
The images have been stamped in Vivid Inky Blue.
The hills were chalked in pink and the windows were colored with Tombow marker 025.
I over stamped the main image, 02.027.P page 11 with the speckle stamp, H.0181 page 103 and clear embossing powder. I then embossed with Stardust EP by Embossing Arts, adding lots of sparkle.
Mounted the main image onto pink before adhering to my card.

M191a Folded Tree Pattern
As I said in my previous post, I couldn't find instructions on how to make this tree so I created my own. It works for me! Let me begin by saying that I can't believe five kids used to live here and I could not find a protractor! Honestly! So I used my coluzzle - I would of liked a bit bigger half circle but oh well.... This scrap of yellow paper I am using is plain on one side and has red printing and lines on the other side.
Cut a half circle using the largest guide in the coluzzle.
On the right side of your paper, measure down and over at 11/4" from the top. Mark with a pencil - number 2.
Turn pattern over and make a fold joining these two marks - number 3.
Fold the straight edge to follow the straight edge of the first fold and press - number 4.
Turn pattern so the 'right' side is facing you - number 5.
Fold back the left side starting at the point so that the tree is even on both sides. Press - number 6.
When I lay my tree on graph paper, the bottom is not even - number 7. I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have a cure for it.
Turn the tree over. It will look like number 8.
Fold that wide piece in half starting at the point and follow the folded edge to look like number 9.
From the right side, it will look like number 10.
Cut off that longer bottom piece using the shorter piece as your guide - number 11.
Unfold everything and you now have a pattern - number 12. Be sure to mark Top and Bottom on the pattern. Use this to trace more trees.
