The patterned piece on this card is the number 2 piece on the template. The edge was torn but I changed it to a straight cut. It is also edged with Vivid Olive ink. I added a narrow strip of green and then navy cardstock to the edge then glued to a prepared top-fold card front. The phrase is 07288.H page 174 and I used Vivid Ultrmarine ink to stamp it.
