The Make 10 template is on my November 5th, 2009 post.The patterned piece on this card is the number 5 piece on the template thatis 11/2" x 51/2". I trimmed both long sides with deckle scissors and edgedwith Vivid Ultramarine ink and glued on to green cardstock, trimming close.Glued to a top-fold prepared card. The phrase is by PSX (I think)and I used VividUltrmarine ink to stamp it.
It's a pretty card. All you've done so far with this piece of CS are so neat.
